The facility includes a chapel, an outdoor venue, overnight visitations, and dedicated areas for identification and private viewings. Spanish-language services are available.

Samaritan Funeral & Cremation Services does not operate an on-site cemetery or crematory, and does not provide human composting, pet cremation, licensed grief therapy, or legal or estate planning services.

Cremation is performed at a company-owned cremation care facility in the Phoenix metro area dedicated specifically to cremation services. The care center is owned by the same organization as Samaritan Funeral & Cremation Services and staffed by company employees.  In the event that cremation equipment is unavailable, cremation will occur at another location.
