Samaritan Funeral & Cremation Services is a funeral home in the Coronado neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona. It is part of Samaritan Funeral, a family of funeral home locations serving the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. The location provides burial services, cremation services, funeral and memorial services, pre-need planning, reception and catered events, and incense burning.
The location has operated at its McDowell Road address since 2003, initially under the name Samaritan Funeral Home, rebranding to its current name in 2010. The facility occupies a 1958 masonry structure situated within the sub-district historically known as the Miracle Mile.
The facility includes a chapel, an outdoor venue, overnight visitations, and dedicated areas for identification and private viewings. Spanish-language services are available.
Samaritan Funeral & Cremation Services does not operate an on-site cemetery or crematory, and does not provide human composting, pet cremation, licensed grief therapy, or legal or estate planning services.

I met the entire staff and I just wanted to say Venitria is very professional and kind. You can tell she takes her role as a funeral director and manager seriously. Sonia is a people person and she's very good with arranging services for families. Alyana is the admin and she answered all the countless questions I had, and guided me through the process. They have a wonderful staff here, and their direct cremation services are affordable compared to other funeral homes I've looked into.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Sonia and all of the Samaritan staff. I lost my son on 2/25/26 and was very emotional, filled with grief and just inconsolable. Sonia gave me and my husband all the love, compassion and guidance we needed throughout the whole process.
