Allan was absolutely exceptional. The manner in which he handled all of our questions and concerns was very caring and thoughtful. You have to be a special type or person to be in this business and Allan is definitely that gentleman. We could not have had a better experience during the worst time of our life.

I can’t write enough positive things about Joseph, Erin, and others at Brings for the support and great care shown during the most difficult time in our lives. From the first meeting, Joseph was so caring and thorough, ensuring that every detail we requested, and even some we didn’t think about, were carried out. He coordinated all the celebration ceremony at our church in Tucson, and did the same for all the military honors with the Veterans Cemetery in Sierra Vista. Joseph helped us navigate through so many things we weren’t prepared for, explaining every detail, and answering every question and email, sometimes multiple times a day. From the first meeting where we made the casket selection, reviewed the financials, and worked through so many details for Leo’s 2 day celebrations up until when he left us at the cemetery, Joseph was so supportive, and ensured, even while he was out of the office for several days, that someone was available to us regardless of the need. I can’t write enough about him, and other staff at Bring’s who helped us through every question, and decision, which was a relief knowing they were there to coordinate and handle those details for us. Even when we requested to see Leo the day before the formal viewing at the church celebration, we were led into the main chapel there and given all the privacy and time needed to see him for the very first time since his death weeks before. We thought we’d be in a small room and given a few minutes since the scheduled viewing was the next day, but are so very grateful me and our two children had that private, quiet time alone with him in such a peaceful setting. Because of the great care Joseph and others there took in all things, we were able to celebrate Leo’s life and military service in the way he deserved for a life well lived. Thank you so much! From the first meeting making arrangements through the service and interment, Brings was excellent. Every facet of our needs was met by Brings and all the associates with whom we dealt. Additionally, follow up has been excellent in providing the resources required to bring closure to tasks required following the funeral and interment process.
