A Basic Cremation is a cremation service in Denver, Colorado. The location is situated in the Ruby Hill neighborhood, near its eastern boundary, serving Denver and the surrounding area. Core services include cremation services, pre-need planning, human composting, ash scattering assistance, and online and remote arrangements.


A Basic Cremation was established in 2000 by founders Tom and Diane Kamm as a direct cremation service built around remote arrangement.


The facility includes an on-site crematory, areas for identification viewings, and a cremation viewing suite. Human composting is available through a partner provider; the process is not performed on-site.


A Basic Cremation does not offer pet cremation, a chapel or service room, or reception space.
