Our funeral director was Jenny and she was amazing when she took care of my mother-in-law all the way up until her burial. We have used Romero before for previous family members funerals and we’ve always been satisfied with the service. She showed great care for my mother in law and all the requests we had for her resting. She was understanding of our huge family and took everybody’s thoughts into consideration before any decisions were made.. she was very communicative with us up until the burial. Any questions we had she was prompting answering, and she would respond to any questions we had and gave us a perfect timeline of when everything would take place and worked really well with the cemetery that my mother in law was going to be buried at. All in all, it was very good service and I would recommend them to anybody has a family member that has passed and you need burial services. The pricing is good as well.
