They answered the phone at 10pm to answer my questions if my dad’s prepaid service was with them. They took care of us and all paperwork matched ours. They were gentle and understanding of our pain of losing a loved one. I would recommend them for services!

My son’s father passed unexpectedly and most of us had to travel from out of state, we were on a limited timeline to be able to complete funeral arrangements. When I say Nina went above and beyond, I mean above and beyond. She made quick arrangements so that my sons were able to say their formal goodbyes to their father. She was very pleasant and courteous and although this is something she deals with on a daily basis there was no lack of compassion on her part. She allowed my sons and to have the time they needed with their father and did not rush us through the service. My son’s father was also cared for very well prior to and during the service. My boys were able to view their father as they remembered him prior to his passing. I will be forever grateful and thankful for Nina 🤍

Nina had been very kind, understanding and compassionate towards me.. she had been professional and has explained every process and has given tools available for grieving .

Very compassionate professionals in a dire time for anybody. Answered all my questions and handled my mom with dignity. Always stayed in communication with us as we had to wait on a cremation bracelet. We didn't feel pressure to buy anything or upgrade to something more expensive. Very nice place to work with!
