Very compassionate professionals in a dire time for anybody. Answered all my questions and handled my mom with dignity. Always stayed in communication with us as we had to wait on a cremation bracelet. We didn't feel pressure to buy anything or upgrade to something more expensive. Very nice place to work with!

The staff with whom I worked, one person in particular, were very helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, helped me to solve a couple of potential problems, and was always available if I needed help. I found the notifications regarding help for grieving, therapy, etc., to be thoughtful and appropriate.
