Cecil Akin later acquired full ownership in the early 2000s, and in 2009 management transitioned to his children, Daniel and Kimberly Akin, who operated the three-location family of funeral homes for over a decade.

The facility includes a chapel and an on-site crematory, and offers identification viewings and private viewings. Spanish-language services are available.
