Charlotte Memorial Cemetery is a cemetery in Punta Gorda, Florida. Charlotte Memorial Cemetery operates in combination with Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory, situated on the same grounds, allowing families to coordinate burial and funeral services through a single provider. The cemetery serves Charlotte County and the surrounding southwest Florida region, offering burial services, funeral and memorial services, pre-need planning, veterans services including military honors, and ash scattering assistance.

Established in 1959, Charlotte Memorial Cemetery was designed in the tradition of the 19th-century rural cemetery movement — a philosophy that envisioned cemeteries not as places of mourning alone, but as park-quality landscapes offering lasting beauty and peace. The grounds reflect that intention: rolling green lawns, a lake, and a fountain define the property. The facility was severely damaged by Hurricane Charley in 2004 and subsequently restored. In 2012, under new ownership, the facilities were remodeled and a crematory was added, completing the combination of funeral home and cemetery on a single property.

The cemetery includes a veteran section, outdoor venues, a mausoleum, cremation gardens and niches, family and private cemetery lots, and build-to-suit cemetery property.

Charlotte Memorial Cemetery does not offer pet cremation or legal and estate planning services.
