Back in April my husband and I made pre arrangements for my mom who was in rehab. We made an appointment with Richard who came to the house to walk us through everything. He was knowledgeable, courteous and more importantly not pushy. We told him what mom wanted and he guided us. First of all she wanted to be cremated but before that could occur she wanted visitation. She also wanted a Catholic Mass as we are Catholic. He made notes with prices, talked about the Registration Book, prayer cards, death certificates, transport to the Church and selection of her Urn. When all that was done he gave us a price. We were told the price is locked in and cannot change. I signed on the dotted line and all was done. Shortly after that I received a call from Amber Payne to go to the Rockledge facility to meet with her and go over everything. At the end everything was finalized and her visitation was on the books. When Jim and I got to the Melbourne facility I was amazed how much mom looked like herself. I did give Amber a picture and everyone who attended the visitation could not believe how she looked so much like herself. Any questions I had Amber was there for me. I cannot thank her enough for the care, compassion, respect she gave to mom and to us. She is a valuable asset to your facility. I have told friends about how we came to use you. Basically it was a Facebook post that led me to you. I obtained a copy of your booklet and got in touch with Richard through your facility. Richard is also an asset to your company. Again I thank Amber for being the professional that she is and we felt like we made a friend.

Ammen took ownership of a pre-arranged funeral contract prepared in TX just weeks prior to my mother’s passing. They made everything very easy and helped the entire way! In a time like this all you can ask for is a company that treats you like family! Ammen did! Bless them
