Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes - Tyrone Family Tribute Center is a funeral home with an on-site crematory in St. Petersburg, Florida, and one of two Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes locations in the city. The location serves families throughout St. Petersburg and the surrounding area and provides burial services, cremation services, funeral and memorial services, pre-need planning, body donation coordination, ash scattering assistance, pet cremation, and memorial diamonds through a partner provider.
The location specializes in multicultural end-of-life care, including Hindu, Buddhist, and Romani services, as well as Greek Orthodox and other Orthodox services.
The facility includes multiple chapels, reception and event space, an on-site crematory, a cremation viewing suite, identification viewings, and private viewing rooms. The facility has been recently renovated. Spanish-language services are available.
Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes - Tyrone Family Tribute Center does not operate an on-site cemetery. Licensed grief therapy and legal or estate planning services are not available at this location.

Our first contact with Anderson McQueen was with Archie. He was so helpful at the early stage before our mother passed. He helped educate us on options, timing, etc. My sister and I left that meeting feeling so much more knowledgable about the process.
Several days later our mother passed and April took over as our funeral director and she was so wonderful to work with. There are so many decisions that had to be made but April steered us through and made it feel easy. She was there for everything that followed from the viewing, the funeral and the graveside prayers.
I highly recommend both of these people who helped us so much at such a difficult time.

It is so heartwarming to have such compassionate and knowledgeable people to deal with. April the funeral director helped us with heart and soul. She was magnificent! The supporting staff, notably Sandy and Julie were the same. My sincerest thanks.

This is an additional review with the earlier one posted as a second paragraph.
I was extremely lucky to find a wonderful miniature schnauzer puppy, Sandy. She was my new light, my love, I adored her completely. I only had her for 6 weeks and 1 day but we were in love. Two days ago, she was involved in a tragic accident and passed away. I knew from past experience that I could count on Anderson McQueen Funeral Home on 38th Avenue to provide the grace and dignity that helps soothe such as loss, and they did. Amy coordinated her cremation and final good bye along with Anthony and Kevin. The staff worked seamlessly to comfort me in a time of tremendous grief and their work was much appreciated. A Five Star review is not enough to express my gratitude.
Anderson McQueen Funeral Home recently provided care for my mini schnauzer, Millie. Amy, Anthony, and Zack coordinated a final goodbye to a much loved girl that reflected heartfelt understandings of my loss. Millie was placed in a viewing room with candles and low light, she looked like she was resting and not deceased. I was able to spend important time with her, alone, telling her how much she was loved and how much i will miss her forever. My gratitude to Amy, Anthony, and Zack. It was a precious and meaningful moment.
