Nicole was an incredible support to my family during one of the hardest times of our lives. She handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism, making sure every detail was taken care of so we could focus on saying goodbye to my dad. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt cared for. The worst day of my life was handled with professionalism and empathy. No high pressure tactics, just patients and caring. Nicole answered all of our questions honestly and directly. I highly recommend this facility for your final wishes. I plan on making my own funeral plans at Oak Ridge Funeral Care. They were absolutely amazing.

I cannot say enough about the care we received. Nicole was amazing- she was organized, guided us through every step with patience and kindness, and was especially understanding during the service when we needed a little extra time. The funeral home itself felt warm and comforting, more like a home than a facility. The private rooms created a personal atmosphere and truly made us feel like our loved one was someone special. We are so grateful for the compassion and support we experienced here.
