Beers and Story has proudly served our Western Mass community since the early 1900s, when Bert Beers first opened our doors for funerals in Palmer, Massachusetts. Now, three generations later, we continue to help families navigate grief and plan funerals and cremation services. Our Palmer staff have taken great care to provide professional, compassionate care to every person who walks through our doors.

Removal of your loved one as well as local transportation to the cemetery for burial (within 25 miles).
Care of your loved one until burial is complete. Family not present with timing at the discretion of the funeral home.
Consultation with responsible party for final arrangements.
All the necessary permits and authorizations.
Free self-service online obituary.
Many optional services available - including celebration of life event planning, traditional funeral service, and more - at additional charge.
