Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home was established in 1980 when the Musgrove family acquired Murphy Funeral Home in Junction City, creating the current combined name. In 1990, Mark and Jeff Musgrove purchased the multi-location operation from their parents, Wayne and Kay Musgrove, upon their retirement.

Funeral and cremation arrangements made at this location are coordinated with Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene. Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home does not operate an on-site crematory or cemetery. Chapel services, reception space, and pet cremation are not offered at this location.

Cremation services are performed at our Eugene location, a Musgrove Family funeral home with an on-site crematory. Families choosing cremation through Murphy-Musgrove Funeral Home remain in the care of our staff throughout the process.  In the event that cremation equipment is unavailable, cremation will occur at another location.
