I have to thank the entire staff for being there for us during our difficult times… They were so supportive and compassionate to us.. I can’t say enough good things about them !! Best in the business I would say… They did everything we wanted and I have to say our Mother looked beautiful!!!! I lost my mother in July and she had always said that she wanted Carter Trent to take care of her services. I received a phone call that night and met with them the next day. Circumstances didn’t allow for much decision making but I appreciated how quickly things were handled. I was asked all the usual questions about what I may have wanted to add to the experience but at that time, I wasn’t sure which direction I was going. The staff was helpful, caring and compassionate and even checked in with me several times to see how I was doing. When I picked up mom’s cremains, I was expecting a wooden box, but realized we didn’t talk about urns or anything when I was there the first time. I appreciated the professionalism and concern shown to me at a time when I was somewhat lost. Thank you for your help.

Carter-Trent did a wonderful job hosting our mother's celebration service. Really appreciate how Jacob Gasperson paid attention to every detail and provided all that we had agreed upon from the start.
