Obituary Annette Marie Cook, 56, died Wednesday, May 2, 2012. She was born February 2, 1956 in Vincennes, Indiana to Carl and Edna Donnoe. Annette is survived by her husband John Cook, two daughters; Gerran Firkus of Minnesota, Maghan Cook of North Carolina and her son Nathan Cook of Lexington, Kentucky. Funeral Information A gathering of family and friends will be 6-8 pm, Monday, May 7, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing.
