Morgan, Blossym F. 97, of St. Petersburg, died Sun., Dec. 20, 2009, at Emeritus Assisted Living Facility. Born on Nov. 24, 1912 in Sycamore, GA, she was raised and attended school in Avon Park, FL. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1941 and retired from the Sears Catalog Department after 30 years. Blossym was a receptionist at Hotz Reality until she was 89 years old and was a member of First Presbyterian Church for 60 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irving "Pete" Morgan. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Sandra Hutz and Diane E. Zuercher; brother, A.B. Wells, of Tampa; 7 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Burial will be private. A Memorial Service will be held on Wed., Dec. 30, 2009 at 4:00 pm with a reception to follow at First Presbyterian Church, 701 Beach Drive NE. In lieu of flowers, please contact the family for memorial donation suggestions.
