Carla Ruth Stroh

Carla R. Stroh of Commerce City, Colorado went to Heaven April 17th, 2014. Carla was born November 13th, 1952, in Ellenville, NY, moved to Colorado in 1961 and graduated from Adams City High School (Commerce City, CO) in 1970. She was married to Howard O. Stroh, Jr. She worked for 16 years in the same medical office as a Medical Assistant/X-ray Technician and later went on to teach Medical Assisting and X-ray Technology at Heritage College. Carla was preceded in death by her mother Leah Newman and her sister Carolyn Newman. She is survived by her husband, Howard Stroh, Jr.; her children, Shawn Cliburn (Jamie Cliburn), Shannon Clifford (Todd Clifford), Ryan Stroh (Ana Lemus) and Hos Stroh; her grandsons, Troy Cliburn, Matthew Clifford, Ian Clifford, Preston Stroh, Zackary Cliburn, and Cade Stroh; and her sister Lynn Koch (Walter Koch). Her memorial service will be held at 10:00a.m. on Thursday, April 24th, 2014 at Aspen Mortuaries located at 6370 Union Street, Arvada. The memorial service will be followed by inurnment at Arvada Cemetery located at 5581 Independence Street, Arvada with a reception to follow at the Arbor House/Maple Grove Park, 14600 West 32nd Ave., Golden.
