Catherine English

Catherine was born in Maryland, grew up in Dover, Delaware, and resided in Wilmington, Delaware until 2009. She then moved to Colorado Springs until her death.She loved her family and enjoyed gardening, reading, and traveling. Garden of the Gods was a favorite local spot of hers.Catherine is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-seven years, Lee Ernest "Ernie" English; son, Jeffery English; parents, Cora and Thomas Williams; eleven siblings; and many nieces and nephews.She is survived by her son, Gregory (Peggy) English of Highland, Kansas; daughter, Dawn (Mitch) Moyer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren, Gib (Donna) English, Hank (Patricia) English, Patricia J. "PJ" (Sean) Sonon, Christina "Tina" English, Timothy (Stephanie) Moyer, and Alicia (Nik) Peite; two step-grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; two step-great-granddaughters; and five great-great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Catherine's memory can be made to The Leukemia and Lymphona Society (lls.org) or donate to your local blood bank.
