Jones, Charles D. ?Clown Man,? 44, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday July 13, 2006 at Bayfront Medical Center. He came here in 1971 from his native Zanesville, Ohio. He was a self-employed carpenter in the construction industry and of the Catholic faith. Survivors include his parents, Charles W. and Sandra F. Jones; three sisters: Janice M. Clifton; Karol Carter; and Jill L. Jones; a brother, Christopher L. Jones; and his maternal grandmother, Mary Fitch, all of St. Petersburg; three nieces; five nephews; and one great-niece; and one great-nephew.
