Chaz Lee Moore

Obituary Chaz Lee Moore born July 15, 1994 to Shan and Janice Moore (Cummings) lived most of his life in Colorado though spent some summers in Iowa and most recently lived in Georgia. His journey on this life ended tragically January, 11, 2021 in Colorado Springs. Chaz enjoyed life and is survived by sons, his pride and joy, Colton and Asher Moore. Besides his boys, Chaz enjoyed family, friends, cars, skateboarding and his motorcycle. As a teenager his life took a turn for the worst when he was diagnosed with myoclonus diaphragmatic flutter, a condition causing muscle spasms that can recur dozens of times a day. Much time was spent in hospitals, often in critical care. Chaz became an advocate, as a teenager, for medical maarijuana, which gave him a new lease on life compared to the prescription medications that often left him incapacitated and hospitalized. Sometimes using the alias "Bill Smith" Chaz gave presentations and was featured in many newspapers, publications, and television programs. Chaz appreciated special love, care, and support, by many, but particularly by his loving grandmother Donna Moore, sister Bree Robinson (Moore), his niece Anastasia Robinson, his Uncle David Cummings who survive him, and by his grandmother Beverly Cummings, who was there to welcome Chaz in heaven. Chaz is also survived by biological grandparents Chuck and Angie Andrews. Chazs grandfathers Dutch Moore and Dale Cummings proceeded him in death. Chaz will undeniably be missed by his large family, adopted and extended, alike.
