Christopher H Martin

Christopher (Chris) Hedrick Martin , 58, of Summerville, SC passed away at his home on April 22, 2023 after a period of declining health. He was born on April 23, 1964 in Savannah, Georgia to Benjamin Hedrick and Barbara (Bobbie) Simmons Martin. He is survived by a brother Lee Martin (Cathy) of Summerville, and sister Susan Martin of Charleston. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, a niece, Hannah Martin, and numerous cousins. Chris was a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, and served as a pharmacy assistant as well as a long distance driver in his working years. He had a life-long interest in sports and was an enthusiastic fan of the Gamecocks of the University of South Carolina A private celebration of Chris's life will be held at a later time.
