LACEY, David S. “Harley Dave,” 64, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 at his home. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota. He served in the United States Army and was a welder. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, and owned a 1990 Springer Softail Harley Davidson. He is survived by his wife, Beth; daughter, Jennifer (Dan) Lacey; brothers, Danny (Diane) Lacey and Darrel Lacey; sister, Lisa (John) Hoeft; and grandson, Joe Burkard. He was loved by many and will be truly missed.
