Diana M. Edwards

Mrs. Diana M. Morey Edwards, age 66, of Broadalbin, died peacefully on Sunday morning, March 4, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center, Springfield, MA. She was born April 11, 1945 in England, the daughter of the late Jerome and Florence Harbon Morey. She was employed as a certified home health aide by Community Health Care of Johnstown. Diana was past president of the North Broadalbin Beach Association. She loved her pets and enjoyed gardening, cooking and reading. Survivors include: her husband, Charles "Chub" Edwards of Broadalbin; three children: Kimberly A. Buchanan Keith of Gloversville and Mark D. Edwards and Jennifer A. Edwards of Broadalbin; two brothers and a sister: Michael Morey Dottie of Maryland, Gerald Morey Susan of Broadalbin and Coreen "Beth" Morey of Amsterdam; two grandchildren: Joshua Buchanan and Courtney Buchanan; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, David Morey. The family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 6 at Jeffords & Stewart Funeral Home, 85 W. Main St; Broadalbin, where a funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Scott Baldwin officiating. Interment will take place in the spring at Broadalbin Mayfield Rural Cemetery, Broadalbin. Memorial contributions may be made to the James A.
