Dolores Barbara Scotto

Barbara Scotto of Sutter Creek, CA passed away on January 16, 2023, at the age of 95. She was born on November 7, 1927, in Pittsburg, CA to Joseph and Marguerite Malik. Barbara married Ralph Scotto on February 28, 1948. They lived in Pittsburg until 1970 when they moved to West Point, CA where they owned and operated Scotto's Grocery Store, bar, and restaurant until their retirement. In 1984 they relocated to Sutter Creek, CA. Barbara is survived by her four children, Debbie (Peter) Riso of CA, Greg (Cynthia) Scotto of Idaho, Kathy (Allen) Friedman of Sutter Creek, CA, and Erin Scotto of Pine Grove, CA; four grandchildren, Giancarlo Riso, Nick Scotto, Ariel Pence, and Molly Gramlich; and brother, David Malik, and sister Dianne Malik. Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph, sister, Nancy Malik, and granddaughter Vanessa Riso. At Barbara's request services will be private.
