He was born in Louisa, Kentucky, son of the late Otis G. and Deryle Faye Preston Damron Martin. He was a retired Supervisor with National City Bank {PNC} and he had served with the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Nicholasville and he attended Anchor Baptist Church in Lexington. Surviving besides his wife are his sister, Glenda Steele {Michael Stockton}, Bent Mountain, Virginia; two brothers, Gary {Barbara} Preston and Ron {Kathy} Damron, all of Ashland. Funeral Information Visitation will be 11 a.m.-12 noon Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Clark Legacy Center Brannon Crossing followed by his funeral service at noon with burial in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. .
