Harter, Donald A. ?Don?, 90, of Pinellas Park, died Wednesday May 2, 2001 at Hospice House Woodside of cancer. Born in Barker, New York, he came here in 1959 from Niagara Falls, New York. He was a retired electrician. He was a member of Pinellas Park Wesleyan Church. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Ruth R. Harter, a daughter, Dr. Marian L. Nikki Harter of Cleveland, Ohio, 3 grandchildren, Debbie Harter of Palm Beach, Florida, Lisa Harter of Manchester, New Hampshire, and David Harter, Jr. of Largo, Florida, and 2 sisters, Dorothy Williamson and Jane Nine, both of St. Petersburg. He was preceded in death by his son, Dr. David Harter, D.M.D. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center?Ninth Street Chapel, St. Petersburg.
