Bonaire, GA: Donald E. Richey, 75, passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday in Magnolia Park Cemetery with visitation from 7 until 9 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Richey was born in Ben Hill County, GA. He was the son of the late John Henry Richey and Emma Elizabeth Stone Richey. He was also preceded in death by his wife Mary Ellen Griffin Richey. He was a member of the Middle GA & Warner Robins Coin Club. He was a member of the American Legion, a Mason, the Eastern Star, a member of the Scottish Rite and Sons of Confederate Veterans. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Richey retired from Robins Air Force Base where he was a Logistic Support Supervisor. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survivors include one brother Earl J. Richey of Warner Robins, sister Faye R. Raymond Shepard of Bonaire and many nieces and nephews. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
