Gary Logan Harper, 73, husband of Vicki Harper, passed away on December 2, 2021 in Lexington. Gary was born in Lexington, Kentucky on April 12, 1948 to the late Edward and Juanita Harper. Gary was a proud decorated veteran of the US Marine Corps serving in the Vietnam War. In addition to his loving wife, Vicki, Gary is survived by his daughter, Ashley (Chris) Short, Lawrenceburg; his son Brandon (Amanda) Harper, Lexington; his siblings Carol (Bob) Eads, Clintonville, Eddie (Beverly) Harper, Somerset, Richard (Barbara) Harper, Lexington, Teresa White, Lexington, Sylvia (Ed) Davis, and Danny Harper, FL; and his grandchildren Harper and Rory Short. A graveside service will be held for Gary at 1:30pm on December 17, 2021 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Nicholasville, KY.
