Gloria Anna Suarez-Rivera, 89, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Monday, February 7, 2022. Born Friday, June 17, 1932, in Morovis, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Cecilia Rivera. Gloria is survived by her loving children: Raymond Suarez, Jr., Walter Suarez, Yvette Suarez-Navis, Betsy Damaris Suarez-Rivera, Linda Diane Suarez-Morris and John Robert "Bobby" Suarez; grandchildren: Ivettelisse Vazquez, Franchesca Vazquez, Whitney Suarez, Juliana Suarez, Nathan Suarez, Alex Suarez, Austin Morris, Sean Morris, Andrew Eller, Isabella Suarez, Ryder Suarez, Kelsey Suarez; 10 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren all which she loved with her whole heart. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by her husband, Ramon Suarez; grandson: Blake Morris. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM Tuesday, February 15, at Hankins and Whittington Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, February 16, in the Chapel of Hankins and Whittington with a Graveside Service to follow at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Charlotte, NC.
