URBAN, HERBERT “HERBIE” 77, Formerly of St. Louis, Mo. died in Tampa, FL on April 8, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents (Herbert & Sophie Urban). He is survived by his sister Doris Guenther. His last 15 years were spent with excellent care in a McClain Foundation Group home for the mentally challenged. Services will be held May 6, 2023 at 2p.m., Bayshore Presbyterian Church, 2515 Bayshore Blvd. in Tampa.
