Jack William Clontz, 91, passed away November 28, 2017. He was born in Asheville, NC. He proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps and after graduating from Georgia Tech, practiced Architecture in the Charlotte area for over 50 years. He is preceded in death by his wife, Opal Clontz. He is survived by his sons, Perry and Alan; grandchildren, Taylor and Michelle; and great-grandchildren, Avett and Jack. At his request, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care, Charlotte Region, 1420 East 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28204.
