Frederickson, James P. ?Freddy?, 75, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at home. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he came here in 1968 from Fort Riley, Kansas. He served in the US Army during the Korean War and then went to Vietnam two times. After the military, he drove a bus for the City of St. Petersburg for 10 years, and then he was a mail handler for the Post Office for 10 years in Tampa. He was an avid horse racing fan and a very avid Notre Dame fan. Survivors include a brother, William Frederickson, Philadelphia, PA; two sisters, Anne Hassel, Cleveland, TN and Jeannie Steclair, Philadelphia, 12 nephews and 7 nieces.
