May 4th, 1960 - July 13th, 2015
James L. Meyer, Jr. passed away peacefully on July 13, 2015. Jim chose to be happy. He lived life to the fullest spending time in his garden, fishing, crabbing, SCUBA diving, and working on a never ending list of projects. James is survived by his wife Patricia Elliott Meyer, daughter Tiffany, parents James Sr. and Jean; brother Kirke, sister-in-law Peggy, niece and nephew Brittany and Eliaja, along with beloved pets Louie and Max. A gathering will be held on, Saturday July 18, 2015 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2201 Dr. MLK Street North,St. Petersburg. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 5843 - 4th Avenue South, St. Petersburg A reception will immediately follow the Memorial at The Home of Liz and Jim Embree, 2434 Woodlawn Circle East, St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Pet Pal Animal Shelter, 405 - 22nd Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712
