Jerry Lynn Redd September 17, 1944 - August 13, 2022 Jerry Lynn Redd of Wheat Ridge, CO passed away peacefully at home on August 13, 2022. Jerry Lynn was predeceased by her husband Ronald Redd, parents Jack and Marjorie Dunlap and sister Nancy Sharkey. Jerry Lynn is survived by her daughter Susan (Ryan), grandsons Jack, Casey, daughter Christine (Mark), grandsons Griffin, Leo, and sisters Beth Ann, Jackie and Jeanie. Jerry Lynn was born in Monroe, LA and was one of five daughters that grew up in a career Air Force family. The Dunlap’s lived in several different US states, as well as Newfoundland and Wiesbaden, Germany. Jerry Lynn truly enjoyed living in and graduating from high school in Germany, which led to her lifelong interest for travel and passion for all things European. Jerry Lynn attended a business degree program in Greeley, CO after returning to the states that gave her the skills she’d use for decades to come and eventually as a medical office manager. Jerry Lynn lived in and around Colorado for many years, but also lived on San Juan Island, in the town of Friday Harbor, WA, as well as in Sarasota, FL near the beach. Jerry Lynn was a sweet soul who made many friends along the way and was always up for a long chat on the phone or an adventure of almost any kind! Jerry Lynn will be deeply missed by all of those that loved her. We take great solace in knowing she’s dancing the night away with her beloved Ronald, being with loved ones, and visiting far away places that she’d yet had the chance to see. A celebration of life for Jerry Lynn will be held in time to come. Details will be sent to all.
