Online Obituaries for Richmond, KY John David Kepler, 49, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017. The loving husband of Suzanne Kepler, they were married almost 24 years. A native of Dover, New Jersey, John was born July 4, 1968 to John P. Kepler and June Fitzgerald.
