John Benjamin Renner

John Benjamin Renner ('Ben' to his loved ones) was born on January 26,1975, and passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 47. Ben's humor and passion for life were a bright light in the lives of family and friends. His love for his wife and kids made up the greatest part of his life. He also pursued music with as much passion as he did everything else he loved: with his whole heart and soul. He had the ability to play any instrument and wrote hundreds of songs, many which he played with his band, Benfoot. Ben also excelled at auto mechanics and was a great cook. Also, he and his wife Lea spent much of their free time in the outdoors hiking, camping, or spending time at the beach. Ben will be greatly missed by his wife Lea, his daughters Maddy, Anna, and Lilly, and sons Kaleb, Austin, and Gage. He will be forever in the hearts of his mother, his brothers Dave, Tim, Chris, Jeff, and Matthew, plus various nieces & nephews, aunts & uncles. He holds a special place in the heart of his stepdad, Robin, who helped raise him and passed on to him a love for the outdoors. The legacy of Ben's impact on the lives of those who loved him will live on in our memories. Say not in grief he is no more, but in thankfullness that he was here.
