Joseph Earl Brobst, 78, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 23, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Ikuko; children, Michael Brobst, Sheryl (Bob) Yoder, Bob Miller and Amy Miller. He has one brother, John (Sue) Brobst; and a sister, Mary (Jack) Hook. Joe was preceded in death by his sister, Martha Wohlgamuth. Joe was a veteran of the U. S. Army, public educator, and retired from his own business of rebuilding airplane propellers. He loved to fly planes, and golf and travel with his wife, Ikuko. A celebration of life service is being planned for June 23, 2014 at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge.
