Joyce Koch, 61 of Ruskin, Fla passed away October 29, 2016. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and was preceded by her parents, Otto and Hertha Hurley, her son, Paul Koch and by her brother, Karl Hurley. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Frank Koch and her brother, Frank Hurley. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Sun City Center Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 7:30 pm Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Sun City Center Funeral Home, 1851 Rickenbacker Drive, Sun City Center, Florida.
