Mrs. Luz Selina Calderon, age 66 a resident of Davenport, Florida passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at Heart of Florida Hospital surrounded by her family. Mrs. Calderon was born September 1, 1955 in Brooklyn, New York to Secundino and Victoria (Torres) Napoleoni. Luz and her husband have been Davenport residence since 2018 coming from Brentwood, Long Island, New York. She was a retired Credit Representative for Henry Schein Pharmaceutical Company and of the Catholic faith. Luz enjoyed music, cooking and loved to spend time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother – Raymond Napoleoni. Luz is survived by her loving & devoted family, husband of 42 years – Joe Calderon; son – Daniel Calderon; daughter – Frances Gonzalez and her husband Ricardo; 2 brothers – Edwin Napoleoni and Miguel Napoleoni and his wife Yvonne; 4 sisters – Norma and husband Joe, Evangelina, Lydia and Sylvia and husband Thomas; 2 granddaughters – Nevaeh & Nyla. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 5th from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a 6:00 pm Rosary at Kersey Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, October 6th at the funeral home with interment following at Auburndale Memorial Park.
