Margaret M. Martin

MARTIN, Margaret M., 81, of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2010. She was born in New York, NY and in 2006 she moved from Lord’s Valley in the Pocono’s to Tampa. She was a member of the St. Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church in Tampa. Margaret was a loyal member of S.M.A.R.T.S. and enjoyed caring for her pet cat, Precious. She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Martin, Sr. She is survived by her son, John P. Martin, Jr.; her two daughters, Margaret Helmick and Laura Lewis, and her husband, Terry; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church on Wednesday, February 24. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23 at Loyless Funeral Home. Committal Services with Navy Honors will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday February 26 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
