June 18th, 1957 - December 21st, 2012
Margarita "Marge" Rodriguez, 55, of Division St. Amsterdam, passed away at her home with her family at her side. Born in Pasaic, New Jersey on June 18, 1957 a daughter of Victor Arrufatt and Juanita Ortiz Arrufatt. She was a resident of Amsterdam for most of her life and attended Amsterdam High School. Marge worked for many years at the Fownes Brothers Glove Mill in Amsterdam. She later was a homemaker and took care of her family. She is survived by her Mother, Juanita Ortiz Arrufatt of Amsterdam. One daughter, Shania M. Rodriguez of Amsterdam. A son, Enrique Lopez of Glenmont, NY. Brothers and sisters, Francis, Sylvia, Wanda, Jeanette, Neftaly, Esteban, Victor I, Leftaly and Victor II. One beloved grandson, Gavin T. Phillips of Amsterdam, NY. Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 26, 2012 at 11:00A.M. at the Betz, Rossi & Bellinger Family Funeral Home, 171 Guy Park Ave, Amsterdam.
