Michael Leo Marez, age 68, of Arvada Colorado, died December 7, 2021 at Lutheran Medical Center following an illness. He was born on May 30, 1953 to the parents of Emiliano and Julia Marez. He is preceded in death by his father Emiliano Marez and his brothers Albert and Jimmy Marez. He is survived by his mother Julia Marez, his daughter Carrie Marez, his son Jeremy Marez, and his grandchild Jeremy Marez Jr. Also surviving his sister Irene Tafoya, and his brother's Valentine, Donnie, Robert, Arthur, and Larry Marez. Michael loved to play the guitar, ride his bike, run, play pool, play chess, and listen to music. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was very generous, kind, and loving.
