Nestor Zamora

Nestor Zamora 73 born on November 17, 1942 of Albuquerque, NM has completed his journey here on earth on November 18, 2015. Nestor was born in Socorro, New Mexico. He grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he met his wife Mercy at the Baca's Restaurant where he worked before he retired. Nestor was famous for his tacos. He was a great husband, a wonderful father, and a wonderful grandfather. He was preceded in death by his son William Zamora, his mother Margaret Lopez and Dominica Zamora, two brothers Frank Zamora and Dennis Zamora. He is survived by his wife Mercy Zamora of 51 years, his daughter Linda Garcia, son David Garcia, grandson Adam Garcia & wife Melanie Vienna, Granddaughters Camille and Samantha Garcia, 3 great grandsons Elyjah, Isaiah, and River, and many sisters, brothers, and many relatives. On behalf of Nestor and Mercy they would like to thank especially Nestor's sister Dolores Alderete, the CNA's and nurses at the Paloma Blanca rehabilitation center for their care and concern, and also friends and family that have been there for support along their life journey. There has been a donation fund set up in the name of Nestor Zamora at the New Mexico Bank & Trust on 3701 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107. Mercy Zamora, Nestor's wife is the account holder and gives many thanks to any kind regards. Please join us in remembrance of Nestor at Saint Josephs on the Rio Grande at 5901 St Josephs Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120 on November 30, 2015 at 8 am for a rosary followed by mass at 9:00 am.
