Noe Pena, 61, of Columbia, SC, passed away on August 10, 2021. Noe was born on April 26, 1960 in Waco, TX. As a young teen, he enjoyed playing the trumpet. As he grew older, he became an avid Clemson fan. He was an artist who loved to draw and paint any kind of pictures for family and friends. Noe loved all NFL football. He was kind-hearted, soft-spoken, and a hard worker who loved his job and was loved by his coworkers. Noe was always going the extra mile to complete any and all tasks. Noe is survived by his son, Markus Robertson of Athens, GA; mother, Lilly Kepler of Columbia; two sisters, Stella Knudsen and Anita Stevens, both of Columbia; and brother, Ernest Pena of Columbia. He also leaves behind friends, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 845 Leesburg Road, Columbia, SC. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home. The family requests that if attending the service, please wear Clemson attire in Noe’s memory.
