Rutledge G. “Ray” Mollander, 69 of Summerville, SC passed into eternal rest Monday June 27, 2016. He was a combat veteran USMC and was later known by friends as ‘shrimp man.’ He is survived by his wife Debbie Glover of Summerville, SC, three daughters Samantha Wilson Mollander of Bradenton Fl, Beckie Carlson of Chepachet RI, and Julie Brackett of Clayville, RI; three sons Clyde Kennedy of Irvine, CA, Chris Kennedy of Summerville SC, and Daniel Kennedy of Summerville SC; and thirteen grandchildren Austin, Savannah, Chase, Lauren, Andrew, Ashley and Amber, Hannah, Josh, Matthew, Will, Hayden, Evan and Isaac, sons-in-law Randy, Harry and Devon; and daughters-in-law Hope, Beth and Katy and multiple friends and close relatives who loved him dearly. He will be sorely missed. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service in his honor at Simplicity 7475 Peppermill Pkwy., N. Charleston Friday July 1, 2016 at 10:00AM “You were a good marine”
