January 12th, 1937 - January 3rd, 2021
Obituary In loving memory of Raymond "Smitty" Lee Smith He was born January 12,1937 in Potterville, Arkansas to John C. and Lena May Smith. He passed peacefully at home on January 3,2021 in Security Colorado surrounded by his loved ones. Smitty is survived by his wife of 64 years, Vera Alice Smith; and his children and their spouses, Carolyn Faulkinberry, Linda & Wayde Lambert, Carl & Bernadette Smith and Ray & Barbra Smith; his 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; and close family friends, Ann Armstrong, Jan Brewer and Karla Willingham. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Lena May and a son in law, Randy Faulkinberry. Smitty was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend to many. Celebration of life will be held at a later date. Services Graveside Service Wednesday January 13, 2021 1:00 PM Fairview Cemetery 757 South Santa Fe Avenue Fountain, CO 80817
