Richard "Rich" Lawrence Cutting
November 18th, 1965 - December 3rd, 2023
Richard “Rich” Cutting, 58, of Pinellas Park, Florida passed away December 3, 2023. He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Florence Dixon, and is survived by his father, John Cutting, his stepmother Maribeth Cutting, his sisters Taryn Tubiolo and Shawna Malkoff, and his dachshund Marley. He was born in Long Island and raised in Esperance, New York. He lived on a dude ranch prior to graduating from Hunter-Tannersville High School in 1984. Rich loved the outdoors his whole life. He moved to Colorado when he was 27 and felt like that was when his life began. He learned to tie flies, fish, and act as a guide for fly fishing tours. He felt at peace in the Rocky Mountains. He moved to Florida in 2021, near his father and his father’s wife Catherine. He made many friends and was like a brother to them.
