Darroch, Robert E. ("Bob" or "Boo"), 72, of Largo, FL, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at his home. He was a policeman with the Southfield, Michigan Police Dept. for 25 years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant before retiring in 1993. Bob was an avid biker, who rode wearing the colors of the Blue Knights and the Christian Motorcyclists Association, and with numerous friends and motorcycle enthusiasts. Survivors include his daughter, Rebecca Darroch Dandeker and husband, Anand, of Burtonsville, MD; his sister, Maureen McCarron of Largo, FL and Northampton, MA; his niece, Pam McCarron Graham of Ashfield, MA; and granddaughter.
