Robert Martin Mondragon, 82, beloved father, grandfather, and brother passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado surrounded by his loving family. Robert was born April 8, 1936 to John and Ida (Arguello) Mondragon. Robert was born and lived his entire life in Greeley. He worked in the construction industry, primarily as a drywall finisher. Robert was an avid Rockies and Broncos fan. Robert is survived by his children, Gene (Marsha) Mondragon of Centennial, CO, Brian (Kelly) Mondragon of Pueblo, CO, Kenneth "Dino” Mondragon of Denver, CO, Lisa (Santos Caserez) Mondragon of Fort Collins, CO, and Theresa (Daniel) Ramirez of Greeley; grandchildren, Branden Mondragon, Kyle Mondragon, Kamryn Mondragon, and Andre Bennett; brothers, Steve, Tom, and John. Robert is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Bertha Freed; and brother, Joe Mondragon. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Adamson. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 9 am on Thursday, January 3, 2019 followed by Mass of Christian Burial, both at St. Peter Catholic Church. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
