Sandra Kay Morgan

Sandra “Sandy” Morgan died peacefully in her home in Treasure Island, FL on Monday, Nov 15 at age 77. Born in 1944 to Claud and Madge Falkenberry in Anderson, IN, she graduated from Lapel High School in 1962. She married the late Dennis Morgan and together had two children. For over 30 years, Sandy worked for General Motors until her retirement in 1994. After retirement, she moved to Florida with her daughter and grandson. In her final years, Sandy enjoyed scrapbooking, going out to eat, playing cards, and doing puzzles. She especially loved video-calling her great-grandchildren. Her love for animals was never unnoticed. Shay, Rocky, Jasmine, Charlie, Boo, and Lydia were just some of the many furry family members she loved throughout her life. God had a special place in her heart, so she spent much of her free time listening to sermons and reading the bible. It is with a heavy heart that we say good-bye to our loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. A woman with a heart of gold and contagious laughter. We are forever grateful for everything she taught us, her selflessness, and the impact she had in our lives. She will be missed by all who knew her. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents Claud and Madge Falkenberry and her son Scott Morgan. She is survived by her daughter Sheri Morgan (Larry), brother Richard “Dick” Falkenberry (Mary), grandchildren Tyler Morgan (Sharissa), Christopher Morgan, Trina Morgan, and Dustin Morgan, great-grandchildren Addison, Greyson, Jameson, Lilyana, Ava, and Ashton.
