She was born on December 29, 1967 in Sarasota, FL to Raymond Carl and Linda Lynn Frost Baxley. Sarah was a very caring and loving person, she loved reading her Bible and spending time with her family and friends. She also loved her pets and all types of living creatures. Sarah had a big heart and cared for everyone. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter and aunt. Sarah was predeceased by her father, Raymond; and mother, Linda. She is survived by her loving husband, John Kelly; daughter, Lara Kelly; son, John W. Kelly; and sisters, Linda (Tammy) Davis and Kim Opperman.
